Turned out to be a couple things-1) the switch needs to be on in the living room by the front door, and 2) the roku needs to be in the bottom outlet. No big deal for us though. The house was as described, and even better. The open floor plan and beautifully updated kitchen gave it an overall airy and clean feeling.
