Newly renovated with high quality fixtures and fittings, we have maintained the Art Deco features and added beautiful furnishings. Park on Park is warm and welcoming, with new bathrooms, a remodelled kitchen and new driveway and gardens. We are proud to make this home available to you and are sure you will enjoy it - as our previous guests have. Join us on your Tassie adventure.** Park on Park has all modern comforts - including the ever important Nespresso coffee! Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and separate dining/lounge-room await you - together with a wonderful enclosed rear garden, complete with cubby house. Further information on the amenities is listed below. The house is available in its entirety with door code access meaning that you never have to worry about losing the key! **Park on Park is**: In close proximity to... everything! It is minutes from the CBD (2.7km/1.7m to the Elizabeth Street Mall). There is a bus stop 10 metres away and it takes about four minutes to drive to the city proper. A great place to base yourself for exploring the wonders of Tasmania - Port Arthur, Bruny Island, Lake Pedder, Russell Falls, Mount Wellington, the Huon Valley, the Derwent Valley. Located in the suburb of New Town - a great neighbourhood with gorgeous Colonial, Federation and Art Deco architecture throughout. Close to the majestic Hobart waterfront, the Botanical Gardens, Salamanca Place, the Federation Concert Hall and the North Hobart restaurant strip – all are just minutes away. There are a smorgasbord of dine-out or order-in eating options available. 10 minutes from The Museum of Old and New Art (MONA) and the Derwent Entertainment Centre. With provisions in the Pantry & fridge to welcome us. the beds we really comfortable & came with electric blankets. the location was perfect for nearness to the city with out being in it. ease of traffic to get in & out of driveway. The home is very spacious and very well appointed with beautiful oak trim throughout . Our Hosts provided us with some basic groceries to get us started which was most appreciated. The house is perfect for a large family with children. The back yard is enclosed, with a children’s playhouse and riding toys and an outdoor patio. The home is very well located with easy access to Hobart attractions by vehicle. It is evident the owners of this charming home take a great deal of pride in providing a comfortable stay for their guests. Steph and Matt go above and beyond in their customer service and care of the home and property. Love the combination of historical decor, antiques and modern amenities plus the abundance of books about this special island, history and things to do. Park on Park is in a great location just a short walk to the grocery store, Daci & Daci patisserie for lunch and take away and the beautiful Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens as well as plenty of walking trails nearby. We did not rent a car for the first while as it is a quick uber ride to downtown plus many sights and attractions including the waterfront and MONA. We had the pleasure of meeting our hosts during our stay and they are both lovely, kind people and an absoulte delight to rent from. Well done Matt & Steph! Many thanks! ##### Jack J.
