The only air conditioner is downstairs and it needs a new remote, on arrival the upstairs was very warm even for Tasmania. After leaving windows open it became cooler however on hot days upstairs would be very hot without air-conditioning. Outside courtyard and garden really needs a clean up. Very unwelcoming. If you have children the garden is a hazard until it is cleaned up. I also cleaned the range hood filter and itself as it was clogged with oil. I have cleaned BnBs before and first appearance is always important. As we had a car it was easy for us to get about however if you dont have a car Moonah is 15 minute drive out of hobart.
