Summary:  
Sleek, stylish and situated in the highly sought after location of Hobart’s Battery Point, this stunning Georgian era apartment built in the 1840’s has been reimagined for a modern and luxurious stay.  
  
Beautifully styled, the two bedroom cottage style apartment features contemporary finishes, high end art, and a spacious private outdoor courtyard for relaxing or entertaining.  
  
Just 10 minutes walk to Hobart’s highlights of Salamanca Place and the waterfront, home favours convenience and comfort.  
  
The Space:  
One of two adjoining cottages on the property, the exquisite light filled home sleeps three, and is perfect for a couple, small family or a work stay.  
  
The front of the Georgian style cottage is beautifully presented with green hedged landscaped walkway inviting you into the open plan living, dining and kitchen, which has been thoughtfully renovated and styled for contemporary living.  
  
Abundant natural light, cosy gas fireplace, designer furniture and art adorned walls create both a warm and luminous feel during your stay.  
  
Two generous sized bedrooms at the front of the home that are light filled with high ceilings. Master bedroom features a Queen sized bed, the second bedroom has a single bed and work/study desk.  
  
Living and dining areas are central to the home and offer spaces to dine and relax with stylish mustard Chesterfield lounge and TV in the sitting room, and gas heater for cosy evenings.  
  
Fully equipped kitchen with separate breakfast bar and premium appliances such as electric stove, oven, fridge, microwave, pod coffee machine and dishwasher for convenient cooking.  
  
Modern and spacious bathroom with frameless shower and floor to ceiling industrial style tiles to complement the home’s artistic and luxurious edge. The bathroom also features a new washer and dryer for laundry essentials and plenty of bench and storage space.  
  
At the rear of the home, enjoy the outdoor, sun-soaked private paved courtyard to get lost in a good book, sip your morning coffee, or savour an evening glass of wine.  
  
Located in Hobart’s historical neighbourhood of Battery Point, enjoy slow strolls meandering through the streets to nearby Princes Park and the heritage listed Arthur Circus Park.  
  
The home is just 10-15 minutes walk from Hobart CBD, waterfront and Salamanca Place to enjoy the culinary delights, art and cultural wonders the city has to offer.  
  
Cafes and retail just minutes from the front door, enjoy the sumptuous Jackman & McRoss Bakery just 300m from the apartment for a pastry and morning coffee, or Parklane Espresso for excellent coffee. Walk just 10 minutes to Salamanca Place to discover the restaurants and retail, and 15-minutes to dine at divine Hobart restaurants like Aloft at Pier One.
