the property was so nice but the owner did not run for tourist international business -towels were so old , dirty - curtain windows store off , hair dry was out of order - cheap and bad quality toothbrush and toothpaste- this property is better to run local renters , it had to be changed many things to run foreign tourists - i suggested

Good strategic place

It wasn’t a comfortable stay. The room that was meant to be non smoking I woke up from sleep with the smell of smoke and cigarettes as someone was smoking and it had somehow got into my room. The mattress was very uncomfortable you could feel the coils under the mattress. We asked for the mattress to be changed and they jntiy offered a mattress topper before eventually changing the room. The staff (Anna) took me to someone else dirty room who hadn’t checked out yet but due to check out that day and their belonging were in the room and bed wasn’t changed and asked us to feel the springs of that bed . We felt the bed but in reality also the dampness of someone who had recently slept in the bed. They were polite but it seemed they didn’t take our queries seriously. With regards to the cleaning there were times we put on do not suture and received a letter outside our door asking us not to put do not disturb, one of the days I went to have breakfast and put do not disturb so that I could come back and change before going out and I find that the staff has completely ignored this and is in my room cleaning. I said I wanted to change and she asked to me wait outside while she finished cleaning. Honestly it was horrrible and I would never book again. The rooms are very tiny aswel the standard. The breakfast had minimal vegetarian options
