Located in the heart of HCMC, the studio's next to many popular tourist destinations, including the riverside where captivating Dinner cruises go by; Nguyen Hue walking street, where Saigonese congregate for exhibitions, fireworks, music concerts, bars, restaurants, and cafes housed in old apartment buildings; Bitexco FinancialTower; Takashimaya Mall; Ben Thanh market; Museum of Fine Arts; Opera house; etc.  
The unit is intended for those who enjoy simplicity in a vibrant setting.  
  
Neighborhood description:  
Walking distance to both diverse entertainment venues and working buildings of the city.  
• 60m to Ăn Ăn Saigon (1-star Michelin restaurant).  
• 350m to Nguyen Hue walking street which is the cultural hub of Ho Chi Minh city, an ideal place for nightlife enthusiasts, with its diverse food offerings, busy pubs, and intriguing entertainment venues. It's also home to many office buildings.  
• 290m to Bitexco Financial Tower in which you can experience Saigon Skydeck for the gorgeous night view of the city.  
• 550m to Takashimaya - Saigon Center Mall, consisting of goods of both local brands and international brands. Shopping is a must during your travel, so going to this one of the biggest Malls of the city can save you time going around shopping.
