Nice area and felt safe. The hotel generally was ok but definitely not 4 star. Limited breakfast options, no safe in room, unsafe loose plugs and the bathroom drains not consistent. Then eventually gave us a room in a terrible hotel, which meant missing arriving for a family dinner which was arranged long in advance. Terrible and disrespectful. Breakfast is decent. The only that lowers the grade is from the condition of the room. The door lock does not work well and has been in that condition for a long time and the owner does care to replace it. When I closed the door, the lock did not lock it automatically as it’s supposed to do so and let it unlocked for two days until I found out and called the front desk and it is still not changed!! The TV did not work, even though the repair man came fixed then switched TV to the one next room (poor guy!) and it still does not work!!
