Not sure if anyone’s has experience this but it was a definitely first for us. Bed was dirty and had to request for a bed sheet change. In addition the bathroom roof was off and had to request for them to close it up. Quiet. Clean. Plenty of hot water. Free breakfast was decent. I arrived in Saigon late, past midnight & the hotels.com website said check in until midnight. I already had a reservation, so I took a taxi to the hotel.
