Stayed 4 night in March 2024. Would have given 2 stars…read below why 3 stars and no more than that. The welcome was basic - not friendly not rude just “blah”. Rooms are very poorly designed. 1. Bathrooms have no door to enter the bathroom. So someone could be taking a shower and if you are near the entrance (closet area) you see them completely! 2. The mirror for makeup /shaving has lights…which don’t work. 3. There is no fan to remove the steam so the shower area has a mold smell. It is a breeding ground for mold. 4. The shower door opens out. So impossible to put the towel mat so when exiting the shower, you either side step to the side of the shower or walk on the tiles and risk slipping. 5. The actual shower taps are all fancy…and challenging to figure out how to increase hot water /cold water. The room lighting is ridiculous. So many switches to turn this light on, that light off. One side of the bed controls all the lights. The other side of the bed has 1 switch that sometimes switches lights on and then off. And if someone is in the bathroom area, and they switch on the light, the light shines through a tall obscured glass that separates the bed and bathroom. So if you’re sleeping and the other person goes to the bathroom and switches on the bathroom light, you are going to wake up. Ridiculous design. Swimming pool is jut ok. Not enough seats. No towels and so had to ask. This is a 5 star property so shouldn’t have to tell staff to stock up. Breakfast was good.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and can’t do enough for you. The rooms are quite large compared to some hotels. I highly recommend the hotel and would definarely go back. The breakfast buffet caters for all tastes and is of very good quality.

Just below the hotel area there’s a massage and hair salon shop that is really reasonable priced. Tons of food to choose from around the area and a super walkable nightlife street near by. Awesome location, I’ll stay here again for sure!

Great Location. Easy checkin. Booked room with upgrade, late check out and F&B voucher. These were all supplied at checkin without prompting - which has been an issue at other hotels. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Lucky it was a Saturday night and I did not have to work as there was as no desk. Pity the tv blocked the magnificent view from the bed. Room a bit in the tiny side compared to the bathroom.

Booked a King Corner room. It was spaciuos, the bed was comfortable, good view (16th floor), shower & separate bath. Bath has a funny wall screen coming down from the ceiling to about a metre from the floor. Guess so you can see the view from the bath but offer some screening. Felt it was unnescessary and when going from the bed to the bath room was a bit annoying. Whole room is showing its age, could do with a refresh of carpets and fresh paint. Close to the Famous walking street which is the nightime party area, bit far from the centre of town but still walkable for those that like to stroll. Good views from the roof top bar. Booked last minute and would try somewhere else next time if we go back to Saigon. Overall reasonable for the price.

I am not happy with my stay because of the folllowings: 1. The hotel room is so noisy even until 2:00 am in the morning. The hotel is surrounded by discos and pubs 2. I had mess up with 2 towels and they make me pay for 4 towels. I don’t have any problem to pay and I just don’t want to argue with them. 3. For 5 stars hotel, their service is below average. No mini bar items, poor room service food and its very slow

This was our second choice for a hotel and it did not disappoint. The staff was so friendly and went out of their way to help us in anyway. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. When we booked it was included and once we arrived it had changed and we needed to pay. It ended up being $25 per person for a buffet that wasn’t the best. But all in all it was such a great stay. Awesome location too.
