Stressful noise despite the ear plugs. The hotel should adjust its rate lower until construction is done. Although not very spacious, it felt private and well-designed, offering a sense of comfort and intimacy. Breakfast was delicious, and taking a walk around the hotel in the evening was a lovely way to explore the area, as it’s conveniently located in the heart of the city.
