Arranged airport transportation with hotel. The driver was not where he stated he was going to be located. took over an hour and half to find driver. Staff was very nice and pleasant. However, the walk up of 4 stories to our room and alley location caused us to leave for another hotel. Location is very convenient and even if the big party street is just next door, it was quiet. I have been to 14 countries so far, and this has been the best hotel I’ve stayed at in terms of value for money. The hotel staff always treated me well, especially the employee " Oanh ". and wanted to make sure my stay would be pleasant.
