This hotel has been for more than 10 years as well as the facilities, I will not complain much as the price is value for money. the location is good as it is in district one as such it is convenient to reach out to restaurants and places of interests in the central district. Then they made story said maybe leave it in the car. Lucky we made a call and the phone ring, my brother recognized the ring tone. They said they don't know anything and act innocent, to prevent any trouble, we just paid a little tips and take the phone back...The room condition worst, with cockroach. When checkout, they claim we consumed the drink in fridge, but my mum and I didn't take any drink. Got up to the room and there was a bad cigarette smell in our room, the room was clean enough but didnt have the clean fresh feeling most hotels do. There is no hot water at night. If you want to have a room for your vacation, then don't book this hotel because they canceled my room anytime without notifying me. The hotel manager did not bother to explain or call back when I called them. Hot water is something very important to me, especially as the nights can get quite chilly. The bellboy is the ONLY room service staff out of office hours!
