The first room we were in had no running water. When we reported it eventually we got cold water for our shower. The rooms are very run down with peeling wallpaper, cigarette burn marks, dirty towels (towels that are actually not clean and have other people's 'stuff' on it) and the rooms smelled musty and of cigarettes. The staff was also terrible. If an issue was reported they did not address it in a timely manner or acted bothered that you asked. They had no sense of customer service training. The only reason we stayed here was because it was an extra day added on to a group tour and it was convenient.
