Customer service staff is so bad. Some guests behind me have priority for check in first. That’s is not fair. We are waiting for long before we speak up for this incident. Strongly not stay for next time.

Ok hotel with great breakfast
It was ok. The carpet of common areas was dirty and old. The room smelled musty. The faucet were hard to open. Service was good, breakfast was great. Great coffee as well.

Old but gold.
A good location with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is quite old so the amenities are present but basic. It still aligns to premium standards. Happy. Key points for me: buffet breakfast, free wifi, proximity to the airport and free shuttle transfer.
The lobby during Christmas month.

Disappointing
Our room was reasonably comfortable in spite of needing an update, particularly the bathroom. The shower was over the bath tub, hence difficult to access. The staff were welcoming and check in was quick and efficient. We booked this hotel because, according to the website, they offer a free airport shuttle. We were, however, very disappointed to learn that the shuttle was not free at all and would cost VND500,000 - the return airport transfer would have doubled the cost of the room. A taxi was much cheaper. It did feel like a case of false advertising.

This hotel never bothered to reply to any requests sent in. Airport transfers are not for all types of room but it’s not clearly indicated in the app. No one seems to be able to assist right there in the premise.

The good news was the prompt pick up at the airport- but it ends there . After traveling 12 hours - we picked this hotel to be able to have a good sleep before another 12 hour travel day . The room was beside a renovation that started before 8 AM ….it not only rudely awaken us - it was so loud we couldn’t hear each other talking .A complaint to the front desk , offered nothing but apologies. After our request to the manager for another room for our remaining 4 hours , we were told it would be 30 minutes for cleaning . When we didn’t accept that , they reluctantly moved us to another room .we have been travelling to Asia with many trips to Siagon and this the was the worst experience we have come across . This was easily solved - had the front desk mentioned that construction was happening, on give a choice to move . Unfortunately that did not occur .We will be pursuing a refund from Expedia .

Great hotel overall, here's more as to what I like and what can be improved on. Like: Check-in was flawless and a breeze, first time had anyone helped me with my bag all the way up to my room. I had my reservation booked with Expedia in advanced. The room was clean and neat, quite spacious. Bathroom was also spectacular. They also offer shuttle to airport, I was picked up by a Mercedes, that was a really nice experience. Not sure about getting from airport to hotel. Walkable distance to experience different kinds of restaurants and shops. Night time is usually quite, occasionally would hear someone honks on the street but that's not a problem. Things to improve on: Although bathroom was nice, but the drain for the shower seems to be clogged. It drained super slow on first use, almost flood the rest of the bathroom. Wasn't much of a problem since I stayed only 1 night. Another thing was construction started super early on the same floor as I was staying in (5th floor). I wish there was some sort of a notice but there wasn't until they started hammering away at early hours in the morning. Overall, it still is quite an aged hotel, if you're looking for a quick night to rest then it's ok. But if you're looking for higher luxury, then definitely check out other options around too.

The staff and service were awesome. Transfer to and from the airport made this overnight stay such a breeze. And the breakfast was excellent and included as well. The only thing not first rate was the bathroom configuration - there was about 6 inches from the toilet seat to the tub so you basically had to sit sideways to use the facilities. Actually it was kinda funny so we didn’t mind. Larger folks might not find it humorous though.
