We were told the shuttle would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, I called again and was instructed to take a taxi. Once at the hotel, the young lady at the desk did not know anything about a shuttle and stated the hotel did not have a shuttle. The hotel is literally within a couple of blocks of the airport! Hotel is located on a very dark street.
