Staffs were really kind and helpful to ask local foods or tour booking, it’s one of my best memories. No window room made and air conditioner noise made me feel a little stuck

Hotel was old and dirty. The bed was really hard and not comfortable at all. The wooden door looks as though it will collapse at any time. No amenities were provided and front desk was not helpful at all. They will not help us make the call to our travel agency and asked us to call them ouselves.

Friendly staff. As I have to checkout very early for the morning flight, the staff taken the initiative to arrange breakfast for us. Room is comfortable.

Love this hotel due to location but the air conditional was a bit old and noisy. I have to turn off the air-con before going to sleep which is not a big problem for me.

Great hotel in a great location!
Great hotel, great location and helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Ho Chi Minh City. The only negative is that the hot food on the breakfast buffet was cold on both mornings we had breakfast.

Hard bed but liked the hotel.
The hotel is in a good location close to the Ben Thanh market, plenty of good restaurants, I ate breakfast at the hotel and was good, they are very kind and speak English, the room was ok but the bed was like sleeping on a rock. I like firm but not HARD had the worst night sleep ever, never again. I don't know if it was just my room that had the rock bed.

Small room but quiet
Hotel room was smaller than same hotel name in the US, smaller than same bed size at Motel 6 or Extended Stay America motel in the US. Mini refrigerator included but no microwave or stove, however there are many eating places nearby. Need to make bigger room as standard size at other hotels. Pillows have bad smell that I requested to replace. Need to provide hand towels. Slippers provided.

Handy location.
Stayed over night before we moved on. Picked this location as it’s close to the night market. Very good for this. Basic hotel. Clean. Wi-fi and breakfast. All we needed before we moved on. Staff were also very helpful in organising cars etc. about us$20 to the airport.

It has been my many times staying there. The staffs are friendly and they can speak English well Walking distance to Ben thanh market and night market.. walking distance to shopping malls too The staffs will also guide the location

Near to spas, massage, cafes, and market.
My family and I liked the hotel. I've read a lot of negative comments about this hotel. But for us, it was worth our money. Breakfast was tasty but they dont change the menu. The staff speaks good english and he was accommodating too.

Great location for evening walks around the canal.
Beautiful hotel, well staffed. All the amenities we would need. Besides the restaurant and bar on site, you can walk along the canal to numerous restaurants, bistros, wine/tapa bars, beer pubs, etc. Plus short taxi rides to anywhere.

Friendly staff except for a little hitch On arrival were told no two rooms available for 4 of us but a family room with 2 huge beds available for the night. Inconvenient for the 4 of us as we had to take turns to use the washroom However the next day we manage to get our rooms as booked.

First timer
Everything was perfect except two things. 1) housekeeping are very very loud! Like screaming at each other in the morning type loud. 2) breakfast closes at 10am but they run out of food at 930am. So you better come at 9am if you want anything.
