Spacious room with a lovely entry area. Large bathroom with an actual bathtub. Very convenient to have the iron and ironing board actually in the room. Large wardrobe. Nice breakfast room with beautiful presentation and attentive, but not overbearing attendants. Excellent location to access all the sites, and a short walk to the bus station.

Loved it and being a solo female traveller the hotel were super helpful with information on getting around and places to eat

G51 lived up to its top ratings room size and facilities cleanliness and services first rate the reception staff so helpful and friendly just smoothed everything we wanted to do and know from advising great places to eat, and booking tickets. For example we asked if they could recommend where to see a flamenco show told us don’t worry.we will book and get you some good seats -front row and excellent show in Tirana. From greeting email before we left home to the breakfast goody bag when we checked out early in the morning could not fault the place.

I booked the hotel and needed to reschedule....as they very kindly did....so far so good. Only a few days before arriving I got a message that they double booked and rebooked me - without any approval or even talk to me to a hotel I definitely didn’t want to stay at. Because it was so close to the actual stay, there really weren’t any other options. I was offered a free ticket to the Alcázar (value absolutely nothing and I’d already been there a lot of times) or the invitation to come over to the hotel (that I paid for but couldn’t stay at....) to talk it over. Huh? Seriously. Don’t have a clue what happened, just know I don’t recommend them as they are clearly unreliable and have issues planning. Will never ever book again.

Dear Madam, First of all, I wanted to tell you again that we understand your disappointment and frustation. And I would like to apologize once more. However, it is not fair to say we are as horrible as you are describing. 1) You asked to change a non refundable stay. We accepted willingly and without extra cost. Some hotels are not flexible at all. 2)We contacted you some days before to arrange the reallocation the best possible way. We could have looked for different options if the one we suggested was not good for you. But you refused our assistance. 3)The room we booked for you was upgraded to a Superior Double room for your comfort. No extra cost. 4)We offered to buy Alcazar Tickets as an extra offer. We thought you would appreciate our present. 5)In order to apologize properly and to invite you for a drink, we asked you to come to see us. But that was rejected too. Nothing was good enough for you. We do understand your anger, but believe me, if we were such a terrible horrible hotel we would not have done none of the above. It was a mistake and we tried to make it up the best possible way.

One of the most commented features of our hotel is the exceptional location, as we are a few minute walks of the historical center of the city. In reception, we can provide you with maps and transportation advice, although we believe this transport isn't necessary for visiting the city. Furthermore, our not-so-centered location gives us an accessible entrance and quieter rooms. We have chosen our ubication thinking in both commodities, being close to the center, but in a peaceful area. We are delighted to read you have enjoyed your stay in Sevilla. Good location. Excellent service...staff was amazing. Love that the minibar was free!!! Delicious breakfast. Comfortable, clean room nicely decorated.
