"Property was good, Breakfast lady was very attentive and helpful.
It is nice to see that not only this property but most of the Holiday Inns that we've stayed at recently have heeded my countless messages about the bathroom mirrors being too high. I can now see my face and shoulders whereas before I could only see the top of my head. THANK YOU! At this last stay I informed the receptionist as I left that the grab bar by the toilet in Room #118 was loose. Hopefully that will be fixed by the next time we come true Roswell in a few months. Your hotels are my preferred hotels because of the consistent high standards in your ADA rooms. Again, Thank you!"
"I really enjoyed my experience here. It definitely exceeded my expectations! The room was very clean and the pool was nearby. My family and I had a great time. The customer service experience was great! I did arrive early and they made it a priority to allow me to check in a little early. I also meal prep a lot and they had a full fridge with a freezer. It was very convenient! "
