"What a beautiful boat and the location is perfect. You never have to move your car everything is within walking distance. Great place to visit and relax. Don and Katherine are super host if anything goes wrong or you need anything they are right there to help."

"The place was beautiful and the location was perfect. Walking to shops and restaurants was so easy. The waterfront was a block away. There was a pavilion you could look right at from the balcony or sit at the benches next to it. They had music on the weekend. The owner was super friendly, they even had wine and water in the fridge. You won't be disappointed in this nice place."

"This charming property is located on the outskirts of downtown Manteo and very convenient for daily walks and driving activities. However, it is located on what seems to be a shortcut so it is very heavily travelled and busy at certain hours creating some road noise. Other than that itbhas everything you need, except a corkscrew, under one roof."
