Wonderful stay but a couple oddities…

The house and property were wonderful. The house was well furnished and clean. The lazy river was excellent and the kids had fine playing at the park and roller blading around the trails. It was a very family friendly area and we met several many nice people. The property has you download the Hospitality App. This app works well however the map of the property is not even close to where it shows. In fact it was 45 minutes away according to google maps when we found the correct address. This was disappointing as it was not where we expected to be driving. The check in process has you go to another address to gain access through the gate. This was stated in the app but I didn’t see it as I was trying to find the correct address to the property. When we got to the building to gain gate access they just gave us a piece of paper and then sent us on our way without verifying who we were. Odd but it worked well as the man at the gate let us right in. The pool and spa are beautiful, however were not heated until day 3. It took several attempts to contact them (they are not open on the weekend). Once properly heated it was really nice and the kids and adults had a lot of fun! When they are not heated both are very, very cold. They told us that the pool heater freezes up if it is below 65 degrees at night so if you are staying there in the winter you might not have a heated pool.…The house and property were wonderful. Huge 4 Bedroom Villa on the Bellavida Resort Close to all the Major Theme Parks

Amazing Vacation…

The communication with the owner and property manager were amazing with very fast response times. The house was perfect for our family of 6 and much better than staying in a hotel room. It was perfect to have our own pool and hot tub as well as a kitchen and washer/ dryer. I felt very safe in the gated community and it was an easy ride to Disney. It actually saved us money and time staying at a home verse a hotel room, even after renting a car and paying to park at Disney. Plus it was so nice not to have to make a bunch of stops that the buses make and not wear our mask any extra time than we had too! Also, the super Walmart was close enough to walk to or have groceries delovered! Excellent Home, Rough Neighborhood At The Moment…

The home was beautiful and spacious. The Owner was very accommodating. Unfortunately the association is allowing all kinds of parties on the weekends. Felt like an "In The Hood" experience. The music was loud enough to shake the house we stayed at. Fights in the streets. Naked people exposed and people puking in public. Unfair treatment due to fear (we were told we couldn't keep a trailer on the property, had to find a place to park it off site for two seeks, but the neighboring house pulled in with 4 car trailers ,blocking the road, but because they were an intimidating bunch from Chicago, nothing was done to them)I would recommend you make sure they took appropriate steps to stop the all night parties before booking.
