Staff are warm and engaging, whether front of house, at breakfast or the cleaning staff. Easy 2 min walk from Porta Nuova station. Wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for anyone sightseeing in Turin :-) "

"One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in on our month-long vacation; a general comment would be that air-conditioning systems and the facilities management professionals are not accommodating for climate change. Hence, our room was quite warm at night, since the air conditioner system was not yet turned on in the entire hotel."

"I had stayed here many years ago it belonged to another hotel chain. But it’s always a good option five minutes away from train main train station. The front desk employees were helpful, professional and nice. breakfast used to be included in the price not anymore. "

The mattress was past its best and ironically as we left a new supply of mattresses was being delivered. Good choice of breakfast. Hotel is very close to the Porta Susa where trains arrive half hourly from the airport (3.70 euros single)."
