The location was excellent, nice size bathroom, rooms are efficient, the pool was in need of some attention and closed at 7pm, not ideal for anyone wanting to refresh after sightseeing or being on the road for the day. Staff was very helpful and always available.

I was extremely disappointed with my stay, especially considering the price I paid. I booked what was described as a “suite”, but in my opinion, the room was nowhere near the standard I would expect from a suite. It was located in the attic, and I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs myself. The bathroom had an unpleasant sewage smell, and the shower facilities did not work properly. I was unable to use the shower normally and had to manage with the limited shower facility that was available. It was so inconvenient that I was unable to wash my hair properly during my four-night stay and had to wait until I returned home. I was also concerned about the kitchen. To use it, you have to lift a very heavy wooden cover, and there appeared to be inadequate ventilation. I did not feel that the design was practical or reassuring from a health and safety point of view, particularly if someone were actually cooking there. During my four-night stay, the bedding was not changed once. I also found the service and attitude of the staff to be far from welcoming or attentive. Although the property is presented as being new, it did not feel like a new building to me. It appeared that some of the interior facilities had been renovated, but the building itself felt old and rather shabby. Most importantly, I do not believe the facilities or service were anywhere near the standard I would expect from an international hotel. Calling this room a “suite” was particularly difficult for me
