The Space:
Clean & spacious apartment few mins walk to Peace Park with elevator. smart lock for smooth self check in. In a friendly neighborhood, 5 mins walk from the nearest streetcar station. Maximum of 6 people. With complete facilities : Living, bed, kitchen, separate toilet & bath room. Balcony with city view. Room wifi Washing machine comes with free laundry detergent. Toiletries provided. Good location for exploring Hiroshima.

My apartment is located on the 6th floor with elevator.

Bedroom 1 :

2x Queen size bed ( sleeps 4 adult)

Living Room :

1x large sofa bed ( sleeps 2 adult)

Note : Sofa bed are self service

Total : 6 people can sleep comfortably

Located in a quiet, but friendly neighbourhood. Surrounded with restaurants and convenience stores. Nearby coin parking if you are coming with a car.

Other Things to Note:
All the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English labels on it, clean bed sheets, pillow cover, and futon mat, these are real Japanese style, and it's super simple you can set it up in 2 mins.

In my apartment, I offer 1 heater, plus each room comes with air-conditioning unit which has dual functions for both heating and cooling.

To guarantee the best comfortable temperature during your stay.

Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation, and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.

So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed. You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smartphone on your booking channel app. For any questions and clarifications regarding this important matter, please contact customer service.
