The staff is super friendly and willing to help, the rooms (Japanese style) are amazing and really large. You have a view of the ocean and the Tori in Miyajima. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the private onsen was a great experience after our hike to Mount Misen. There is a very convenient shuttle to the Ferry Station. We both have tattoos, so we booked the private onsen which happened to have the most breathtaking view. We enjoyed it so much! The kaiseki dinner was tasty and the intention to detail was impressive. The view from our room was also incredible and the staff was very friendly.
