Two rooms of which were a converted porch accessible only through the master bedroom. The floors had been recently done but some covered subflooring that needs to be replaced. There was give. The floors were uneven and there were several tripping hazards especially in the dark. There were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms and uneven water pressure. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom didn’t work. Master bedroom had no door at the bottom of the stairs. Sound carried. Humidity was an issue. The furniture was new and comfortable. The view was nice. It was close to town. Plenty of appliances and dishes all new. Nice washer and dryer. The host was responsive and brought requested resupplies same day. ##### Anne A.
