The guy working at the front desk made my check-in experience amazing. I arrived to the property late and he had everything ready for me. Took all of 5 minutes to receive my keys. Thank you!!

This hotel is the worse hotel I stay in, The carpet is dirty smells bad you can't even walk in it . The room and hallways smell of marijuana the elevator didn't work we had it to use the stairs that smelled like urine. I do not recommend this hotel.

OUR ROOM WAS VERY COLD. TRIED TO GET THE HEATER TO WORK BUT ONLY GOT COLD AIR. MAINT. PERSON CAME, LOOKED AT IT, THEN LEFT SAYING HE WOULD BE BACK. NEVER CAME BACK. ABOUT TEN AT NIGHT, FRONT DESK CALLS SAYING THEY CAN'T FIX HEATER, AND WOULD MOVE US IF WE LIKE. BY THEN EVERYONE WAS IN BED, TRYING TO STAY WARM. FOR SLEEPING EVERYONE SEEMED TO BE OK, AND RATHER THAN GET DRESSED AND MOVE WE DECIDED TO STAY. NEXT DAY OPENED CURTAINS & LET SUN WARM RUN. OTHER COMPLAINT IS THAT THE INDOOR POOL WAS VERY COLD. IF IT WAS HEATED AT ALL IT WASN'T MUCH.

Property was further off of 95 than I anticipated. Local restaurant options weren’t great. The hotel itself was clean and our room was ready for us and clean when we arrived.

Let me start by saying the staff and location were excellent. We were visiting the area because a family member was getting surgery on Ft Stewart and the on post hotel was fully booked. This hotel had the best reviews for the price range we were looking for. The hotel itself is not bad. The 2nd floor had a bit of a musty smell, and the room we were given looked like it had been pried open with a crowbar and then they attempted to repair it. The room itself was okay. Bathroom was clean. Bed looked clean. No signs of bedbugs or other critters. It was a king room with a pull out sofa. The mattress on the sofa bed was disgusting. It had stains and all kinds of discoloration all over it. That was my biggest gripe with the room and our overall stay. Breakfast was nothing fancy but it was hot and it was free! Can’t complain much when they’re saving our family of 6 from stopping at the drive thru and spending more than the cost of a night in the hotel on one meal. Overall it wasn’t awful. I’d opt to stay there again if I absolutely had to. The location was super convenient with plenty of food options. We didn’t feel unsafe at any point which is rare right outside the gate of a military base. You couldn’t pay me to stay at a hotel right outside the gate at Fort Benning! IYKYK.

Great experience but too far off the I-95 corridor. Drove 20 miles away from the Interstate to reach the hotel. My Chiweenie was welcome for $25.

Property claims to have snack bar/ deli.....NO it does not. There is a vending machine for soda and water. Also says they have a bar and lounge. There is a "bar" but no service, no beverages to purchase. Very disappointing as I was in town for a funeral, depending on family for transportation and was unable to access good unless someone came to get me. Not thrilled with this facility.

We paid extra money and drove 40 minutes out of our way for a hotel with a pool for the kids, but the pool is closed. Also, in the photos of the room we booked, there was a soaking tub in the photo, but no soaking tub in our room.

The hotel staff was very nice, and this has no reflection whatsoever on them. The hotel itself was just not up to par. The water pressure was low, signs were fallen off the wall, the pool was closed (we booked this hotel specifically for the pool). Breakfast was good, but the area it’s served in is small and crowded. Kids were bumping into each other even when they were being careful, just due to the lack of space. However, the room was large enough for our family, and comfortable enough. The price was good, and staff were friendly. The owners need to do better by the hotel and staff.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were allowed to use the bar area of the lobby (which was not open) for our family Christmas party. There was still the issue with the outlets in the room (233) being way to loose so that anything you plugged into them was in danger of falling out. Also there was only one trash can in the entire room, no trash can in the bathroom at all, only out in the living area.
