I did see a roach the floors are scratched up the hotel needs renovation but for the things to be a little old it is very very clean smells great the roach just didn’t set well for me because if there is one there are many. So take with that what you will. Staff were awesome !

I booked a King Suite and based on the photos, it looked like a very comfortable and welcoming environment. When we arrived at 10pm, it was nothing like the photos, the furnishings were old, stained and smelled. The bathroom sink had tons of burn marks, the floors were slippery and sticky with some kind of cleaner and the bed was just thrown together like nobody cared. A lamp that was barely hanging on the bedside, another lamp with a cut cord, dirty fridge and no USB ports. The USB ports were covered by a cap that you could not remove. This place was just disgusting and when I presented it to the front desk, my option was to check out - this would have been an easy task had there been other places around that had a room for the night. I have tried to get a refund from Exepdia and have been run around from person to person and I have contacted the owner of the Baymont - nobody should have to pay to stay in a place that is this disgusting.

Other than the fact that they didn't give me an accessible room, namely an accessible bathroom, it was ok. The grounds were somewhat clean other than piles of dog poo by the trees and bushes. When I asked about getting an accessible room, which is what I had reserved, I was told that they made sure I was on the first floor. As someone has mobility issues, that is appreciated. But, I needed an accessible room...specifically the bathroom. (ie roll in shower, shower bench/chair, grab bars) My room didn't have any of that...but the bed was comfortable.

The place looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90’s which then makes it look gross. I would definitely not stay here again. I checked the bed about 100x’s to make sure there were no bed bugs. Plus they had a lounge chair in the room that had food crumbs all over. Disgusting. I will say this. The breakfast area is meticulous. Whoever is cleaning area should clean the entire hotel.

Left my room for 2 hours to go hang with family, I come back to roaches crawling on the walls. There was an old Wendy's frosty in the fridge, not sure how long it's been there. I went to the front desk to see if I could move to another room but they were booked out. Next, I asked for a refund and the lady at the front desk said "there's nothing I can do for you, I'm sorry" she offered to give me bug spray instead

Although they have done some remodeling it is still lacking. The rooms are comfortable and very clean and everything works so there will be no complaints from me. We enjoy the location that is about three blocks from our German friend so it makes it easy to pick her up for our monthly coffee gathering. We will be back in March.

The hotel was fairly clean. We stayed for one night and it was to our satisfaction. The breakfast options are minimal and there aren’t many options for those who have dietary restrictions. Otherwise, I would stay here again.

Over all the only thing that I didn’t like is that the room was dirty and the sheet had red stains on it and holes all over wall and mildew smell rooms need to be updated and cleaned more better but I did enjoy myself area was good.

As soon as an open the door there was a roach that crawled across the floor the bathroom was duty and had no towels. And the lady at the desk was so rude when I try to call and reserve a bed I just end up booking it online. Who ever owns this establishment should be ashamed. We checked in very late around 2:00 a.m. The hotel had undesirable appearing people hanging around outside the hotel leaving us with an unsafe feeling for our young daughters.The check-in person was very friendly and understanding when we complained of an unacceptable room with dirty sheets and the hide-a-bed was dirty with garbage on and under the bed when pulled out, not to mention the bugs. The check-in person gave information to another motel and information on how to get a full refund we were supposed to stay 7 days.

I got a room with a King side bed. Upon entering the room we notice that the lamp lights weren’t working. I call up to the front desk to let the receptionist know and all she said was that didn’t have another room with a kings size bed. All she had was a room with two double beds. We took that room. I was a little taken back by how nonchalant the receptionist was about the whole situation. She seemed like she could care less. It was as though we could either take it or leave it. I would have felt better about the situation had she been a little more apologetic.

Staff was friendly. There was breakfast each morning. Bugs in the bathroom. Pull out sofa bed was not made up and was stained to the point that my daughter couldn’t lay on it. The headboard was horribly stained. Extra effort should be put into maintaining the rooms.

It was ok. The roaches weren't.
We stayed for 2 weeks. The phone in the room didn't work, one outlet at the nightstand didnt work. The roaches came out a lot at night and some were HUGE. The bathroom door had scratches. You can tell that room hadn't been updated but I also think its because we had a dog and maybe they don't update rooms that allow pets? I dont know but theres that. The staff was very nice though. The pictures online are not the same as what you see in person.

We could not stay in the room. A terrible chemical smell, burned eyes and maid my husband and I cough. And it was so moist that after only 15 minutes our bags and clothes were damp. We stayed on 15 minutes then got out things and asked for another room but they had none so we had to check out and find another place at midnight.
