"I stayed at the Leonardo hotel on the 5th April and after getting a friendly service by the staff and Emma at reception I came back to stay for a full weekend with my family. We booked 2 twin superior rooms and managed to get both rooms side by side. Once again I was met by Emma at reception and she recognised both myself and my daughter who had stayed there just days before. Emma is a real asset to the hotel for the way she will look after you from the moment you check in. All the staff were friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday the day after we were leaving and once I had told Sofia at checkout, she arranged for a goodie bag with sweets and a small Leonardo hotel teddy to go away with. Thank you for your hospitality."

"Great boutique style hotel based around the telegraph newspaper theme at an excellent price. Staff were welcoming and helpful. It has an ideal location. The breakfast was really good quality. Only gripe is that they don't have a towel rail/hook near the shower. I would definitely recommend a stay."

"Excellent location on the pedestrianised New Walk leading into the City Centre (15 mins) and just a 5 minute walk from the station. Superb, comfortable, ensuite room. Friendly, helpful staff. Would not hesitate to book again on any subsequent visit to the area. Thank you!"

"Good service both at check-in and breakfast. Bed very comfortable and room very clean. Good choice at breakfast. The nearest hotel we could see to the NEC and Resorts World Arena. 5 mins walk to Birmingham International railway station and 10 minutes to the airport. "

"I stay at the Link Hotel quite often as the location suits my business needs. It’s always very good value for money and with free parking and Harvester next door, it’s ideal for me. It’s always very quiet, rooms are nice and although the bathrooms need updating, the overall experience of the stay is one I’d recommend. "

"Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Room and bathroom were very spacious, immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. Pool was quiet and large and nice to have the jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The breakfast had loads of options and was all very tasty. Our 7 year old loved the pancakes! Would definitely stay again."
