The staff is so polite and so very helpful! They made sure the Takyubin would take our luggage to Kyoto on time for the next day, was so helpful to us! They were great! It's a shame the room and bathroom are so small, but it's a Japanese hotel, so that's how it is in this kind of hotel. Lots of free streaming on the tv. Small bathroom. The temperature was awful, like 25C because you can't control the AC. The rooms are small but clean and have plenty of amenities. A nice extra was the free movie channel. The breakfast, although focused mainly on the Japanese palette, had enough variety for all. The room rate was incredibly affordable. Overall a nice comfortable stay.
