Ocean Palms wrote: Villa 134 is a huge, 1750 square foot, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath, designer-decorated townhouse with two master suites, overlooking a beautifully landscaped pool area. The villa begins on the second level of the building, where on the first floor you will find the master suite, the living/dining area, and the kitchen. The kitchen includes full size refrigerator with ice maker, washer/dryer, full size oven/stove with glass top, dishwasher, place setting for 10, and a full set of pots and pans. The dining room table seats 8\. The furnishings in the living area include a love seat, queen size sleeper sofa, and a reading chair. Upstairs, you will find the second master suite and the third bedroom and full bath. Each master suite has a whirlpool tub and double vanity. The beds in the master bedrooms are king size. There are two twin beds in the third bedroom that, upon request, can be made into a king size bed. Steps off the back deck lead right to the pool. Excellent location, spacious condo, convenient pool steps away, great renovated bathrooms, ample parking, prompt housekeeping issues quickly resolved.Update needed for kitchen appliances. Dishwasher has broken soap dispenser. Refrigerator defrost cycle caused leaking inside the refrigerator. Comforters and linens are due for an update.
