Freshly renovated master bathroom with giant walk in shower! \*This is a wheelchair accessible rental! Welcome to 117 South Forest Beach! New to the rental market, this beautiful home has fresh paint, new appliances, and new furniture to enjoy. This home is the perfect getaway for the family with lots of privacy and space for everyone! With one of the best locations on the Island in South Forest Beach, you will enjoy the private pool area with outdoor eating and plenty of seating to enjoy the weather on the Island and a good size yard for recreation. Come home from a gorgeous day at the beach and drop all the beach gear and chairs on a large concrete area where there is also an outdoor shower for your convenience. As you enter the home, you are met with a large foyer that leads you into a spacious, fully- equipped kitchen for preparing large meals and the living room directly off the kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone and a large TV to enjoy. There’s also a dining room off the living room with seating for six, and a counter height table off the kitchen with additional seating for meals. The first floor has two bedrooms that share a bathroom (wheelchair accessible). The private, very large master suite is upstairs. For the ultimate privacy, there is a detached pool house with a queen bed and full bathroom. Don’t hesitate to book this gem of a beach house! It’s filling up quickly! Location was great - loved the private path to the beach. The house and area were super dog friendly which was great as we had 2 dogs with us. House was well appointed and everything was clean. Only comments would be to label the drawers in the kitchen so that one knows where to find (and put back) kitchen items. Would be nice to have some beach towels available. There was more than enough room for everyone. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was a great hit with the grandkids. They spent a lot of time in there. The pool area is very secluded. The private path to the beach is right next to the property. It is about a three minute walk through lush vegetation. The beach is wide, beautiful, and not busy. There are plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, and two beach carts to carry all your stuff to the beach. The garage had a nice sitting area as well as a ping pong table that the grandkids enjoyed when they were not swimming in the pool or the ocean. We rented bikes for the week. They were delivered to the house. The bike path is right across the street from the house. There are miles of bike paths all over the island. We fortunate enough to attend a practice round of the RBC Open, which was right down the street from the house. We spent on day touring Savannah and attending a game of the Savannah Bananas. The game was so entertaining and fun! We highly recommend this property. The owners were great to work with and always answered my emails quickly. This property will not disappoint! ##### randy s.
