Take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen which features a full sized fridge with ice maker, a smooth top stove, a coffee maker, a toaster, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Enjoy your meals at the dining room table which comfortably seats four. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and features access to the patio with spiral staircase to the grounds of Courtside.For your entertainment, there’s a 50 inch 4K ROKU Smart TV which includes Cable, a DVD player and free wireless internet. Please feel free to login into your favorite aps as the TV is in guest mode. They will automatically log out on the selected departure date. There’s also a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. Our goal is to provide everything you will need for an enjoyable a memorable stay.The two bedrooms are located on the second floor of the rental. The first bedroom features a king-size bed, a 32″ flat screen TV and an updated private bath with a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom features a king-size bed and an updated private bath with a tub/shower combination. Sheets and towels are provided. The Courtside complex is located on DeAllyon Avenue just off South Forest Beach Drive. The complex is conveniently located next to the Van der Meer Tennis Center and is within a short bike ride to shops, restaurants, and tennis.This complex is also within walking (Sea Side beach access) or bike riding distance (Coligny Beach Park) to the beach and is perfect for an active family! This villa comes with one FREE hour of tennis per day at the Van der Meer Racquet Club for 2016\. Up to two (2) parking passes per reservation.
