This Villamere 3332 condo has two balconies that overlook the ocean, and the beach is within walking distance. At the condo complex, you can swim in either of the shared pools; one is outdoors. and the other is indoors and also has a hot tub and a nearby gym. Located in the Palmetto Dunes area of Hilton Head Island, SC, this condo is near the Atlantic Coast. A boardwalk leads from the condo complex to the shore, and an outdoor shower near the walking path is useful for rinsing off sand after a trip to the beach. The complex also has a seasonally heated outdoor pool and hot tub, an indoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and a picnic area with grills. This condo has two bedrooms with televisions, two full bathrooms, and two balconies. The living room and the master bedroom lead to one balcony, and the other balcony is accessed from the additional bedroom. In the living room, you can gaze out the windows at the coast or watch the 42-inch flatscreen television. Meals prepared in the well-equipped kitchen can be eaten at the breakfast bar or at the dining table that seats six. For pools, hot tubs, a fitness center, and views of the ocean, reserve your stay in this Villamere condo today! THINGS TO KNOW Please note E-bikes are not allowed. October 15, 2023 - April 30, 2024, the main pool will be closed. The new serenity/adult pool and main pool will be under construction. The indoor pool and fitness center will remain open. Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We landed at the Hilton Head Airport, only to find that our reservation was canceled. They said it was due to mold!? A couple other properties were offered to us but they were not in a desirable location. We were disappointed that we could not stay in a property on the beach. We opted to receive a refund and find somethingvelse on our own. I am still waiting for part of the refund... ##### Jackie H. Séjour de 4 nuits en septembre 2025 ### 2/10 – Terrible #### Greg A. 27 août 2025 Points faibles : Propreté After a long drive to HHI, we arrived to a condo that was disgusting. It looked like the previous tenant just left and nobody had been in the unit since. Garbage was left, fridge was full of food, beds not made, urine in the toilet, and black mold on the ceiling. After calling the property manager, we were assured we would be moved to a new place in the same complex. We were not. The only options that were available were not oceanfront, but a 10-15 minute walk to the beach in Port Royal. We opted for the condo closest to the water but it was smaller than the property we had booked and there were none of the same amenities as Villamare. We were woken the next day by the sounds of construction. Hammering and sawing as a contractor was working on the complex right below our condo. For the next 3 days, at 8am, this is how we woke up. Then, a realtor showed up at the door stating that she had spoken to the property manager, Vacasa, and that we had agreed to vacate the property so she could show it to a prospective buyer. I was at Vacasa the day before and this conversation did not occur. From my experience, Vacasa has very poor communication with their property owners. Vacasa stated that the property owner was the last one to stay at the Villamare property and had not notified them. I would be very careful about renting anything from Vacasa. Some updates and this place would be a guarantee for next trip but we will look at other units on the property for our next trip. The beds and couches were comfortable, plenty of space to unpack and relax. Plenty of clean towels. Views were fantastic and literally steps to the beach. The second bedroom is almost like a hotel room on its own, and it was nice to have that separation given we were two couple. Also be good if it were parents and kids. Downsides: it advertises sleeps up to 8 - that many people would a stretch and crowded. Only enough seating on two balconies combined for 5\. Not enough mugs (only 3) or glasses (hodgepodge of 4 or 5). Only 1 kitchen towel. Plenty of dishware and cookware (although no scissors we could find). We could cook but there were NO staples except salt and pepper (maybe standard?). The bathrooms were serviceable - they need some updating and were dark - had a hospital hue to them. Overall, due to location, space, layout, and comfy-ness of beds/furniture, would consider staying again. ##### Caroline D. It was in a perfect spot on the beach and on the island. Very clean and well-equipped. Two items for improvement and FYI: - No hair dryer. The decor needs to be updated it seems very old. Overall we were comfortable...although struggled with the shower doors that are very heavy, moldy, rusting and falling off the track. The bedding and pillows were unpleasant, coffee maker wouldn't work, sliding doors in living room too difficult to open so we went through the bedroom to the balcony. Also the front door lock wasn't sufficient, thought it was a strange door/lock situation. Would be a nice place if it was kept up. ##### Valerie S. The location is outstanding and conveniently located close to Kroger. The ocean view is partly blocked by the trees. It would be great to have those trees trimmed! It will make the cup of afternoon tea taste better in the balacony! The shower doors need little maintenance, otherwise the unit is wonderful! ##### Wael S.
