We loved how spacious the condo was and the furniture was comfy as well! The pool was a good size with beautiful scenery surrounding it. The parking underneath the building was nice and made it easy to load and unload with the elevators nearby. Very spacious and clean, well-appointed and tastefully decorated. Communication with owner and property manager was excellent, and there were no issues with access, parking, etc. The condo is about a 5-minute walk to the main shopping and eating area at Coligny Beach, and maybe 8 minutes to the actual ocean. Perfect location, big pool, covered parking, nice flora and fauna and everything in the villa looked new, bright and clean. The beds and living room furniture were comfortable and the bathrooms looked recently renovated as well as the flooring. The bedroom carpet was pristine.
