You will feel like you are on a beach vacation with all the coastal decorations and beautiful direct ocean views. Beautiful LVP floors go throughout the villa. In the fully stocked kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. The adjacent dining room has a table with seating for four and bar seating for two. In the living room is a large sectional sofa, and a 65” Smart TV. Through the sliding doors is a covered balcony where you have a high-top table that seats four. You will love listening to the sounds of the ocean and enjoying the ocean breeze! Off the living room is the master suite that features a king size bed and 50” Smart TV. This room has an ocean view and access to the covered balcony. An en-suite private bathroom that has a double vanity, separate tub and toilet room and newly updated walk-in shower. Back by the front door, to the left, is the guest bedroom with two queen beds and a 42” Smart TV. This room also has access to a private covered balcony with two chairs. The private bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in shower and toilet. Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed throughout these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants and shops. The “Dunes Buggy” is a complimentary shuttle that transports all resort guests March 17th through Labor Day Weekend within the resort and over to the shops and restaurants and stores in Shelter Cove. You will need to pay Palmetto Dunes security directly for your gate pass(s), $35 per week per vehicle then proceed to the property. This property has keyless entry using a unique four digit code that will be explained in your entry instructions available two to three days prior to your arrival. OUTDOOR POOL: The pools are normally open March 15 -November 30 and are heated March 15 -April 30 and October 15 - November 30th (dates are subject to change at Board’s discretion). During the closed season, the deck is still open for those who wish to use it. The kids’ pool is open April 1st-September 30th and the hot tub is open year-round. INDOOR POOL & FITNESS CENTER: The indoor pool and health club are open daily 8am-5pm and is for use by Villamare owners and their guests only. Guests must show proof of their stay at Villamare by presenting their vehicle pass or rental confirmation. Unfortunately we cannot allow pets as noted on our sites. Only owners are allowed to have pets, and the HOA knows who they are as each dog has a specific tag. The HOA also has a zero-tolerance rule, so if pets are spotted on the premises, they will be reported to the HOA Board and the guest will incur a $500 fine so please, leave all furry friends at home. And although it’s rare, the HOA and regime may have to do maintenance on the buildings. We block the calendar when we know but sometimes we don’t. Check-in was a breeze! Nice view; the beach access and pool were a close walk. Our condo unit was clean and well stocked. The only thing that could have worked better was the WiFi/internet connection. We frequently had to reset because the tv screen would disconnect and spend a lot of time trying to reconnect. It did not matter what app we were attempting to watch something on. The condo we rented was perfect. It was decorated so great…the beds were the most comfortable beds ever. But there was nothing better than the view. The view from the condo is great and access to the beach is so easy. The condo was spacious and the kitchen well furnished. The mattress was great and the bathtub was nice. Just sitting on the balcony is great. There is a small supply of paper towel, toiletries and cleaning supplies to get things started. Much appreciated. Owner kind enough to allow us to use beach chairs which were in good condition. We took special care to clean up and return in good condition. Everything was exactly as the listing described and even a little better, as some amenities had been added since the listing was written. The unit was comfortable for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The owners reached out to us promptly and responded quickly to our emailed questions. They were extremely friendly and helpful. The Villamare complex is quiet, which is exactly what we wanted, but had plenty to keep our teenagers busy. The unit has a nice ocean view and allows you to see the pool. We'd gladly stay at this unit again. ##### Franklin H. The property is well kept but dated. Elevators are SLOW and only 1 per building. Every condo has its owns decor. Ours needed updates in the bathrooms and living room furniture. All screens to balconies were in poor repair. There are way to many mirrors and tubs right in the bedroom. No privacy! We love Hilton Head so none of this affected our vacation but want something more updated. People are wonderful and restaurants are extraordinary. The beach is the best!!! Low tide on the beach can take you anywhere. If not a bike path will… I ❤️HH ##### Nancy H. Owner’s communication was quick and responsive. Strict rule of 16 and older at the villamare workout room which we did not know/expect… we had 2 teenagers who could use the facility (16, 17)and 2 who could not (13, 15). The location is fantastic - great view of the ocean and well manicured property. Good proximity to Shelter Cove marina where there's many restaurants and a wonderful coffee shop. The condo is nicely decorated, has comfortable beds, a super large TV and a kitchen that was well stocked with everything we needed. Kris was super responsive throughout our stay.
