Welcome to 1411 South Beach Villa – the panoramic ocean views from this upscale villa sets the scene for a perfect vacation! This beautiful four bedroom, three bathroom beachfront townhouse sleeps eight guests and includes a beautiful Carolina room, spacious living areas, and master bedroom with views of the ocean and Calibogue Sound. The expansive wraparound deck is over 600 square feet of outdoor living space with plenty of seating and a gas grill to enjoy the summer nights. The well-equipped kitchen has granite quartz tops, and stainless-steel appliances. The king bedroom on the first floor has an adjoining hallway bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor is a large master bedroom with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. There are two other bedrooms upstairs one with a queen bed and one with two twins that share a hall bathroom. This rental was the cleanest we have come into which was amazing seeing how we now travel with our own cleaning supplies. PERFECT location. It was right next to the boardwalk to the beach and the outdoor shower. Many deer came up right around the deck each night and it was magical. Because of the way the house sits you can see the sunset over Daufuskie and it is beautiful. Make sure to bring your own spices, even salt and pepper as the house didn't have that.
