Its clean and it looks like the pictures. Great location and quiet neighborhood. The cons of this place out way the pros though. It was a pain in my butt to get into this place. They need to leave the pass at the sea pines welcome center and not in the unit. I had to buy a 9 pass to get to my pass in the unit. They even said at the center they need to leave it with them or i had to travel to beach bum office. I had to buy toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels. They left 2 rolls of 1ply for a 4day stay with 3 people. Ive never had that happen before. Only one paper towel and the only trash bags were the one in the cans and an extra one for the kitchen. The lights on the back deck didnt work and we couldnt find a light switch even though it states there is a labeled switch. There were no labeled switches for the outside lights. The light in the main room was lacking and when we went to use the one on the desk the light bulb blew so we didnt have that light either. With the way sea pines is set up i did not expect this type of disappointment.
