It had everything. Location was amazing. Less than a mile from all the shops and restaurants in Coligny. Having Loggerhead Landings right next to us was convenient. The house was very clean and the owners are so responsive. It has everything you need. Several separate living areas. Very nicely decorated. Multiple levels with tons of feature including a Billiard room, great rooftop deck, screened in porch, pool and spa, fire pit and so much more. We loved having the large yard and walkway to beach.
