Courtside Villas is a 120-villa complex with access to the Van Der Meer Tennis Facilities. Where else but the charming 2-bedroom condo of Surf Therapy to begin your immersion into this island paradise, an ideal destination for family or friends.  
  
The Space:  
This property is located in Courtside Villas (South Forest Beach) With a prime location overlooking the sparkling, inground community pool, hours of swimming and playing await just steps from your front door. Get in on the fun or keep an eye on the kids from the cooling shade of the balcony, a refreshing beverage and good book in hand. If you’re a fan of the sand, it’s only a short walk or bike ride down to the beach, beckoning your inner child to build a sandcastle or two while popping to and from the home to stock up on snacks.  
  
Only a 5-minute walk to the beach—the walk-through to the beach is at the Seaside Villas Boardwalk at the end of Deallyon Avenue. In under a 15-minute walk, you’ll arrive at popular Coligny Plaza, a vibrant hub of shopping, dining, and entertainment with a lively atmosphere capturing the essence of coastal charm. A 10-minute walk will take you to Celebration Park and the Children's Museum, while many restaurants and shopping options are all within walking distance of this condo.  
  
Back at the home, the pristine interior makes relaxation easy, expertly furnished and decorated to maximize your vacation experience. Sink into plush sofa, recliner, and armchair seating in the living room while you stream that new show or movie you’ve been saving on the large smart TV. The open floorplan seamlessly blends living and dining together, ensuring no one is left out of the conversation. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room.  
  
Bedroom #1 includes 2 twin-size beds, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.  
  
Bedroom #2 includes a queen-size bed, smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower.  
  
The home also includes a half bathroom.  
  
THINGS TO NOTE:  
• Washer and dryer in home.  
• Lot parking available for 1 vehicle. Additional parking can be made available upon request. Please allow 24 hours for accommodation for the second vehicle.  
• Parking passes are required and are located in the unit upon arrival. Please place it on the dash of your car during your stay.
