Boasting 2 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, this unit is ideal for your next spring getaway, summer vacation, fall excursion, or winter retreat. Pops of color will greet you at the entrance and lead pass the warm foyer and into the beach-themed sitting area, the ideal spot for planning the day’s itinerary or just for scrolling through your social media news feed. Tile floors then lead the way to the fully equipped kitchen complete with plenteous cabinetry, and all the fixings needed to make tantalizing, quick and easy vacation meals. A breakfast bar with 3 stools borders the kitchen counter, so be sure to make some cookies and leave them here for everyone to enjoy. The dining area, with a table and 6 chairs, adjoins the colorful living room, which claims shades of browns and blues. A snug, 4- piece seating group can be found here along with a flat screen TV and two sliders that open to onto the deck. The deck offers a swing, a two chairs, a table and a grill and a lovely landscape view.This unit is an end unit, closest to the pool! For added convenience there is a powder room also located on the first floor. Both bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor along with the washer and dryer alcove. The guest bedroom features two twin-size beds, its own closet and a hall bath, just outside the bedroom. The master is equipped with a king bed, flat screen TV, a walk-in closet and private bath. A peaceful vacation awaits you at 161 Greens! Happy Vacationing! The Greens area of Shipyard features spacious townhomes with golf views, a short walk/bike ride to the beach, and a private on-site pool. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Please indicate how many car passes you will need. Car passes are $35 plus tax for the stay. 2 Car Passes Max. Property management (Sunset Rentals) was quick to the rescue and even brought water and snack.I’ve previously stayed at the same condo a couple of years ago and love the area the unit itself was a little out dated but enjoyed our time. This visit the property was not as clean especially outside couldn’t sit outside at all!!! Bathrooms had very poor lighting, vanity doors practically hanging. The realty company checked in on us throughout the stay. We loved being so close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. As a corner unit that overlooks the golf course- the view is mostly shaded and just far away enough from the course to view through the trees (and not see tons of golfers out the back door). The inside layout is fine, but the unit needs some updating and probably a deep cleaning (stains on the couch and upstairs carpet is pretty dirty). There is plenty of natural light on the main floor to still feel light and airy. The kitchen is very small so don't plan on cooking big meals there but the outside grill is great to have.
