This stunning Beach Club villa has undergone a complete top-to-bottom renovation, featuring exquisite fixtures and decor that create an elegant and sophisticated vacation retreat. The custom kitchen is a highlight, boasting stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and being fully stocked to prepare family meals. Throughout the villa, new flooring and fixtures contribute to its overall charm.

With 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, each bedroom has its own full bathroom with hand-laid tile, showcasing a beautiful inlaid wall shelf. Large flat-screen TVs adorn the walls, with a 55-inch in the living room, a 50-inch in the downstairs King bedroom, and 32-inch TVs in the upstairs Queen bedrooms. The upstairs closet off the hallway houses a new front-load stackable washer and dryer, offering convenience for laundering during your stay.

Conveniently located close to everything, the community pool is just on the other side of your private backyard patio, visible from the home. The patio itself provides a spacious and secluded area for outdoor dining, relaxation, or drinks while the kids play. Family Fun

Great vacation. Accommodations were perfect. Was worried about it being far from the beach but it wasn’t far at all. I could leave for the beach a little after 9:00 am, take tent to beach to claim our spot and be back at the condo by 9:25 am. Nice being within walking distance of Coligny too.

This place was perfect for our family. We loved being right by the pool! The walk to the beach was further than expected especially with hauling an 8 month old so we just parked at Coligny beach parking lot. The beach chairs were great!

Excellent experience!

Our stay was lovely! The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean and well appointed. A few more plastic dishes and cups would have been helpful for our grandchildren. The walk to the beach was doable, even with a two year old. We did drive to the three 15 minute parking spaces by the Seaside Villas/beach access and dropped people and beach supplies off a few times too. Having the pool outside our patio was also so convenient. We had a great time at the beach and love HHI. Thank you for making our vacation that much more enjoyable!

Clean and Airy

The condo is well sized and the area is quiet. We could walk to the giant playground in minutes and the beach within a few more. We bought a few more kid friendly items for the kitchen and needed some blankets. The bikes were not included with the condo like the images indicated. So we had to sort out more activities. Overall great!

Hilton head vacation

Overall, great stay. The unit was clean and was a great fit for our party, 4 adults/2 kids. Pool was the best amenity, only steps away and very nice. Beach was a 10 min. Walk which was a bit too much for my elderly parents, but fine for adults and kids. Bikes and beach chairs/wagon was also nice. Overall, great stay and we hope to return again!

Spacious condo to visit again and again

This is a wonderful place to stay at HHI. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults--plenty of space to be together and plenty of space for privacy. Condo was well-supplied and everything was in good working order. Very quiet location--might have been because it was mid-October. We enjoyed the private outdoor space, too. And we made excellent use of the provided bicycles, beach chairs and the wagon to transport stuff to the beach. We have stayed at several HHI properties--all nice--but the Beach Villas was a hands-down favorite, and we hope to return again and again.

Nice amenities.Great location to walk to the beach. Really appreciated the four bikes and the four beach chairs. Nicely remodeled villa. It was great to have the pool right behind us.Only concern was the front door and the back door had some issues.

Great location

Can't complain about anything! Clean and comfortable. Loved the included bikes and beach chairs. We could walk or ride bikes to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Great condo

We loved the condo. It was not too far from the beach. There were four bikes to use which was such a nice feature. The beach chairs were also a great plus. It was so nice not to have to worry about that stuff. It was obvious the condo has recently been updated. My only complaint is that "fitness center" was listed as an amenity. I called the property manager to find out how to access it. Unfortunately there is no fitness center on site. The property manager explained that there was one down the street that you get a discounted price for. So definitely not an amenity. Ultimately not a deal breaker. We loved the condo and would rent there again. The pool was really nice parking was never an issue.
