From inside the unit or on the Juliet balcony, you can watch the boats come and go from the harbour or catch a gorgeous sunset over Daufuskie Island. Ketch Studio is located walking distance from several great restaurants, coffee shops and shops, providing you with the ability to dine in, or quickly walk to a number of nearby restaurants. Please note there is not a dishwasher or an oven in the kitchenette. \- Open layout between the kitchenette, dining area and bed. \- High top counter that can be used for preparing meals, getting some work done or dining in. \- Free WIFI \- Private parking for 1 car is included in the rental rate. We provide 1 gate access pass for up to 1 week with your rental included in your reservation fee and there is room to park in front of the condo building. Longer stays will have an additional charge at $20/week for the pass. \- Ketch Studio shares a laundry facility on the 3rd floor with 3 other units. Free to use. \- While there is no community pool in this neighborhood, there is a pay to use pool in Sea Pines. The South Beach Inn is a seasonally opened pool that is not heated. It is located at 232 South Sea Pines Drive. They charge $25/day/family or $75/family/week. \- Don't wait in an office to check-in or get a key!
