From inside the unit or on the Juliet balcony, you can watch the boats come and go from the harbour or catch a gorgeous sunset over Daufuskie Island. Ketch Studio is located walking distance from several great restaurants, coffee shops and shops, providing you with the ability to dine in, or quickly walk to a number of nearby restaurants. Sea Pines Resort is an award-winning destination for family vacations & getaways. You can either sit back, relax and enjoy the stunning Lowcountry scenery with Spanish draped live oak trees, saltwater marshes, palmetto trees, sandy beaches and lagoons or you can pack in as many sports, water & outdoor activities as you and your family can handle. We provide 1 gate access pass for up to 1 week with your rental included in your reservation fee and there is room to park in front of the condo building. Free to use. \- While there is no community pool in this neighborhood, there is a pay to use pool in Sea Pines. The South Beach Inn is a seasonally opened pool that is not heated. Our view of the marina was excellent and the condo was perfectly situated for the two of us. Enjoyed the beach, rented bikes, and ate at lots of really good restaurants.
