Wonderful updates with new kitchen, new bathrooms, new appliances, new paint and new furniture. What a great location near shops, restaurants in Harbourtown where you can dine at Crazy Crab or enjoy the great views from the Quarterdeck. Living room is nicely decorated where you can relax and enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The kitchen is open to the dining area and the living room, then you can walk out to the back deck. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and small appliances to prepare those gourmet meals. Master bedroom has a king size bed with en suite master bath with walk in glass shower. We rented the property for my brother-in-laws wedding! It was the perfect location to Harbourtown, both the clubhouse/golf course and cafe/shops. We had a couple of hiccups with the plumbing during our stay but the property manager handled it with efficiency and in a timely manner.
