I assume it had just been renovated because everything seemed new. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. It was a five minute walk to the tennis/pickleball center and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and the location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had to contact the property manager once for a door code. They got back to me within 5 minutes on a Sunday. Super responsive! We will def rent this villa again! ##### l A.
