This newly renovated villa is just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Enjoy a beautifully stocked kitchen, new flooring, a walk-in shower, and a separate bedroom with a desk—perfect for remote work. Dine with an ocean view on the balcony or at the kitchen island. Beach chairs and two bikes included for exploring. First-floor location with easy beach access! As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002\. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel. Our complex is 4 buildings down the beach from the Tiki Hut and Coligny Plaza, centrally located, but not over crowded. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. beach access on the property. Biking is the preferred method of transportation on the island. We provide 2 bikes for your use. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. I had a last-minute urge to take my girls to Hilton head for our very first mother-daughter spring break trip and this place was exactly what we needed. It was super easy to book. There were still parking spots even though we arrived late at night. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions we had. The listing was true to photos, and anything we needed (extra towels, trash bags, beach chairs) were provided. It had its own beach access and was within walking distance to Coligny Plaza. The location is right on the beach and it was an easy and enjoyable walk or bike ride to shops and restaurants. Very clean, cute condo. Custom sugar cookie treats Upon arrival was super sweet. Very close to supercharger (1.7mi away) and local restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Short drive to Harbour Town.
