Experience coastal luxury in this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa, where every detail has been thoughtfully curated for your comfort. Wake up to breathtaking oceanfront views, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Inside, you'll find a bright and airy living space, two serene bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms, all designed with a chic, comfortable aesthetic. This is the perfect retreat for those seeking both style and stunning scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs and includes a large walk-in laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Bar seating for four provides a casual spot to gather, while the formal dining room, elegantly decorated with seating for six, welcomes you as you enter the villa. The primary bedroom features a king bed, HDTV, and its own private balcony with a charming bistro set for two, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean and the Hampton Place Community Pool. The en-suite bathroom offers spa-like amenities, including a double sink vanity, a large tiled walk-in shower, and a soaking tub, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. The guest bedroom, located near the kitchen, includes two double beds, an HDTV, a large walk-in closet, and direct access to the shared balcony with sweeping ocean and pool views. The guest bedroom also features a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious tiled walk-in shower. The primary balcony overlooks both the Atlantic ocean and the Hampton Place Community Pool and is furnished with seating for six. The Hampton Place complex offers an array of top-tier amenities, including a large pool and spa, lap pool, covered pavilion, boardwalk to the beach, grilling area, gazebo, deck, fitness facility, and an elevated observation sundeck. \*No elevator usage end of September through mid to late November 2025\. The elevator will be out of service for several weeks in the North Building (6000's)\* \*\*Please note that the entire complex (North and South Buildings) will be undergoing a large-scale construction project from approximately 10/15/2025-4/30/2026, depending on and unforeseen circumstances that may arise. This will include painting of hallways, corridors, and optional replacement of oceanside windows and doors. There will be machinery and workers on site which can cause periods of brief noise. All amenities will remain open and operational during this time.
