#### Cute, clean condo perfect for our family of 6

This condo was exactly as advertised, and was clean and comfortable for ourselves and four kids (ages 10-19). We really appreciated the beach wagon, umbrella, and chairs, and the walk to the beach wasn't too far (around the condo complex, then across the street and down a boardwalk). The younger kids loved going to the pools before and after the beach as well. We were so grateful to have a great washer and dryer in the condo to keep up with laundry during our stay, and the kitchen is small but well-stocked with dishes and cookware and a good fridge and dishwasher. We would highly recommend Seas the Day!

#### Great villa and location

Very nice villa in a development of similar properties surrounding lakes and 2 swimming pools. Located a block from the beach and close to Coligny Plaza and nearby shops and restaurants. Accommodation consists of an open plan lounge and dining area, small but well equipped kitchen, master bedroom with king size bed, tv and en suite, plus second bedroom with queen size bed, tv, 2 bunk beds and separate bathroom. The property directly backs on to a lake and wooded area and there are 4 parking spaces at the front. All floors are laminated for easier cleaning. The owners have also provided beach equipment - chairs, boards etc.- and a trolley to transport them. We enjoyed our 10 day stay and would recommend this property as an excellent base to explore the island.
