This villa boasts a first floor queen bedroom, upstairs king primary and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. From the porch or expanded patio, take in the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Dunes Golf Course and lush Lowcountry vegetation. All of this and a bonus loft area that is great for the kids and provides extra room for sleeping and hanging out. The fantastic central location of the Lighthouse Road Villas puts you close to everything in Sea Pines! 12 minutes on foot to the Sea Pines Beach Club and Golf Clubhouse, a quick 1.5 mile ride to Harbour Town, and right on the trolley line. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate. Please note this property does not have a neighborhood pool. Pool access is through the newly remodeled South Beach Pool, located 3 miles from the villa by the marina. The outdoor sunroom is basically un-usable since it is not cooled or heated and receives the afternoon sun. It is either unbearably hot or cold. No window treatments to block the blinding sun. There are so many nicer properties in the same area that could be rented for the same price, so I would never recommend unit 18\. ##### Deanne W.
