The owners are accommodating and helpful. The condo is clean and semi-updated. We had really good weather so it worked out. The other side is that the condo is small. So if you have bad weather or for some reason enjoy just staying inside, there is not a lot of space. They do have a lot of channels to choose from, and my kids were happy. Also, the public beach access is right through the center of the parking lot. It is a gated parking lot and easy access, but it makes for a lot more people on the beach than just the residents of the complex. ##### Tige P. Great view, close to pool, close to walk and rent bikes. Close to shopping and restaurants. We had a great time. Condo was as described and fit my Husband and I and our daughter perfectly. We love the bright decor and the view of the ocean from the balcony. Booking and check in were very convenient, and the owner was very helpful with any questions I had.
