Beachside retreat w/ Bikes, Chairs Enjoy beautiful ocean views from your private patio and a pool view from the front door! This cozy villa features a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, and is just steps from the beach. The bedroom offers a comfy queen bed, while the living area includes a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. Located in a gated oceanfront complex within walking distance of fantastic shops, restaurants, and local attractions. 2 beach chairs and two bikes are included, making it easy to explore and enjoy your stay. As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002\. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation! The villa is located within walking distance to the main tourist center Coligny Plaza, The Tiki Hut, and lots of shopping and restaurants and right across the street is the Lowcountry Celebration Park, it is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year. We are biking distance from lots more. We have a great cable package that includes HBO Max, Hulu, ESPN, Peacock, Paramount Plus, AMC Plus, Disney and the Tennis channel. Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. The only negative was the pull out sofa bed was basically not sleep-able. I usually end up on the sofa bed because I travel with my mom and kids, and I realize they are never that great. I loved that there was an elevator and I didn't have to lug all my bags up stairs. The place was wonderfully set up and I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the evening. There was everything I needed, clean towels and fresh bedding. The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, and silverware. The nice big TV in the living room was awesome and I had no problem signing in and back out of my own Netflix account. I highly recommend and will be going back in the future. ##### Carrie H. This villa was super cute, very clean and had all of the amneties that we needed for a great stay. Owner was quick to communicate with us when we had a question.
